Floor Sawing

DEMSO have a floor sawing service with the ability to cut to depths of up to 625mm, and various widths, in all types of flat surface such as reinforced concrete slabs, roads, bridge decks and car parks. It is used to facilitate the removal of sections, or to form expansion joints and crack inducers.

This service can be carried out either internally or externally, using our diesel or three-phase electric machines. These come in various sizes and capabilities, and some can be stripped down into small parts and carried upstairs to the work area if necessary.

Diamond floor sawing is a water-cooled process, so it is completely dust free. It is the most productive and cost-effective way to cut flat surfaces and get a neat finishing edge.

This is also a vibration-free process, reducing the dangers of HAVS.
